PAYMENT
After you’ve ordered, you receive an email confirming the order. In this email you can find the order number, the product, delivery charge and the total costs.  We accept the following ways of payment: iDeal, creditcard (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal, a money transfer or internet banking. When the payment is not received within 10 workdays the order is cancelled. Orders are delivered when the whole amount is on our bank account.

DELIVERY FEES
The delivery charges are included in the prices seen on the product pages. These charges are based on deliveries that fit through a normal mailbox and on the TNT fees. Deliveries are the risk of the costumer. We make sure that the orders are wrapped properly and safe and we deliver them to the TNT postal office. Applpepiepieces is not responsible for damage, missing or theft during the delivery procedure. If you want your products recorded by delivery, that is also an option. TNT raises a fee for this option and that fee will be added to the total costs of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are possible as well, but we do charge an extra fee because it simply costs more. We use the cheapest way of sending your order. If you want a recorded delivery, make sure you mention this during the order procedure. IBAN: NL05 INGB 0657413259

DELIVERY PERIOD

Under normal circumstances, when the product is in stock, you receive your order within 3 to 5 workdays after the payment is collected. This is only for deliveries in The Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries are settled as soon as possible, but the farther away you live, the longer it takes to send or ship your order. Applepiepieces has the right to cancel the order and, if needed, to sent the money back.

SECURITY POLICY
The basic materials for the handmade products are chosen with care. Applepiepieces tries to use nickel and lead free materials. You have a period of 6 months guarantee on parts and fasteners as of the day of the order. Exceptions are:

• natural wearing out
• stains due to the use of perfumes, cosmetics or the PH value of your skin
• beads that make stains when they come in contact with moisture
• complaints due to the wrong use of the jewelry

RETURNS
Because every product is unique and is made of products of nature like shells or semi-precious stones, the possibility exists that the actual products differs from the picture.

• When an order does not meet your wishes you can inform us within 5 days and return it within 7. You will get the purchase money back. You only have to pay the delivery costs.
• When, during transport, a product is damaged you can inform us within 3 days and return it immediately. When we have received the item we will send you a new one. When a product is not damaged when you receive it but the damage comes into being, you get in certain cases a guarantee on parts en fasteners. If a defect is within these terms and is in stock it is returned for free. When it is not in stock you can choose another product for the same amount.
• Sale or last item products cannot be returned.
• 'Mystery bags' are also excluded from the return policy.

SAFETY
Due to the small parts, Applepiepieces products are not safe for children. Applepiepieces is not responsible for accidents that may occur while using or wearing the products.
