ORDER AND PAYMENT
Choose a product in the shop, the type and quantity and click the order button. After that you can either go on shopping for more goodies or you can pay by clicking on the ‘shopping cart’ button in the left sidebar. This is very important because here you can fill in the delivery address and you finish your order. Applepiepieces makes sure that you pay safely. We accept the following ways of payment: iDeal, creditcard PayPal or internet banking.

TIME OF DELIVERY
When you pay by internet banking you receive your order within 3 to 5 workdays. This is only for deliveries in The Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries are settled as soon as possible, but the farther away you live, the longer it takes to send or ship your order.

RETURNS
Applepiepieces makes you happy and not sad, so if you want to return something email us (info@applepiepieces.com) Before you do this, read the Terms and Conditions first. Sale and/or last item category cannot be returned.

DELIVERY IN THE NETHERLANDS
When an order is more than €9 and can be sent by mail (not as a parcel) there is no delivery charge. TNT postal service delivers those orders. Because we use the common way of sending mail, with the stamp and all, there is no track & trace option. Applepiepieces is not responsible for those orders after the moment they fall in the mailbox. If you want to keep track of your order, make sure you choose ‘by recorded delivery’ when finishing your order.

PROBLEMS AND QUESTIONS
